ANTIBIOTIC ORAL SOLUTION VIALS / BOTTLES

COMPOSITION
100 ml of preparation contains the following active substance:
Tilmicosin – 25.0 g;
Additional ingredients: Propylene Glycol, Benzyl Alcohol, Purified Water.

PPHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Tilmicosin is a semi-synthetic antibiotic of the Macrolides group that in low concentration acts bacteriostatically and in high concentration has a bactericidal effect against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms like Ornithobacterium Rhinotracheale, Pasteurella spp., Haemophilus spp., Actinomyces spp., Corynebacterium spp., Staphylococcus Aureus, Clostridium Perfringens, as well as against Mycoplasmas (Mycoplasma spp.).
The mechanism of product action is to inhibit protein synthesis in the bacterial cell by binding to 50S-ribosomal subunits.

ADMINISTRATION
• Treatment of Calves up to 3 months of age in case of Respiratory Diseases caused by Mycoplasma Bovis, M. Dispar, Pasteurella Multocida, P. Haemolytica and other microorganisms, susceptible to Tilmicosin.
• Treatment of swine in case of bacterial pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma Hyopneumoniae, Pasteurella Multocida, Actinobacillus Pleuropneumoniae and other pathogens susceptible to Tilmicosin.
• Treatment of Poultry (Chicks, Broilers, Replacement Chicks, Parent Flocks) and Turkeys in case of Respiratory Diseases, caused by Mycoplasma Gallisepticum, M. Synoviae, M. Meleagridis, Ornithobacterium Rhinotracheale, Pasteurella Multocida and other pathogens susceptible to Tilmicosin.

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGES

Calves 1 ml of productper 20 kg body weight Once daily for 3-5 days orally with drinking water or milk replacer
Poultry (Chicks, Broilers, Replacement Chicks, Parent Flocks) and Turkeys 30 ml of product per 100 L of drinking water For 3 consecutive days

CONTRAINDICATIONS
• The product is not administered to animals with hypersensitivity to Tilmicosin.
• Do not use simultaneously with the Ionophores and Aminoglycoside group antibiotics, due to the possibility of adverse effects in animals (Diarrhea, Paresis, Nephrotoxic effects). Not to be administered in admixture with a feed containing bentonite.
• Not to be administered to the Laying Hens producing eggs intended for human consumption. Not to be administered to Ruminants with functionally developed rumen.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
For meat: 42 (Calves) and 12 days (Chickens, Turkeys), after the last treatment. Meat received before this deadline should be disposed of or fed to non-producing animals, depending on the conclusion of the veterinarian.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in dark places, out of the reach of children, at +5 to +25°.

SHELF LIFE
• 24 months. After first opening: 14 days when kept in a dark place at +5 to +25° С.
• After dilution in Drinking Water, use within 24 hours.
• After dilution in a Calf Milk Replacer, use within 4 hours.
